U.S. EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP TEAM FOR MAQUET
 | These individuals are responsible for the US operations of MAQUET Medical Systems USA which is comprised of: Cardiovascular, Critical Care and Surgical Workplaces. This unique combination is a result of the integration of existing MAQUET products with the strategic acquisitions such as Datascope Corp., Atrium Medical and Boston Scientific consisting of certain Guidant branded products.

| Raoul Quintero, President and CEO U.S. Sales and Service Unit As the President and CEO of MAQUET, US SSU, Raoul Quintero is responsible for running all facets of the business. Raoul has a proven executive management track record and over 30 years of experience driving sales growth in the medical device industry.
Prior to joining MAQUET Cardiovascular, Raoul was Vice President of Sales for Boston Scientific, responsible for all US sales of the Cardiac Surgery division. At Boston Scientific he led the transformation of the cardiac surgery division into an enterprise-focused company while growing sales 25% year over year.
Previously, he served as Director of Leadership Development of the Guidant Corporation, where he led the design and implementation of all leadership development sales and marketing strategies. Raoul also served as Manager of Corporate Accounts and Regional Manager of the Guidant Corporation’s cardiac rhythm management division and was recognized by this organization with their most prestigious award, the Circle of Champions as well as the Distinguished Diversity Award for recognition of outstanding contribution to diversity initiatives and played an active role in mentoring and retaining key diversity talent.
He spent the prior 15 years at several multi-nationals, holding several domestic and international executive positions. Raoul serves on the board of directors of Hope Community Fellowship. He earned a BS degree at St. Thomas University and a MS from Mercy College.

| Maximo Nougues, Vice President, Finance Maximo Nougues joined MAQUET in 2008 with the acquisition of the Cardiac Surgery division of Boston Scientific. He is currently the Vice President of Finance for MAQUET Cardiovascular U.S. SSU. Mr. Nougues brings more than 12 years of experience in finance, strategic planning and business development to the MAQUET organization.
Prior to joining MAQUET, Mr. Nougues held various finance positions of increasing responsibility for Boston Scientific and The Clorox Company.
Mr. Nougues holds an M.S. in business administration from the Universidad del Norte Santo Tomas de Aquino, Tucuman, Argentina and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco McLaren School of Business.

| Philip Freed, Vice President, U.S. Marketing Philip Freed joined MAQUET Cardiovascular in 2009 as Senior Director of Marketing & Communications. In January 2011, he was appointed Vice President of U.S. Marketing for MAQUET Cardiovascular U.S. SSU. His team manages all marketing, communications and trade shows in the U.S. and works with the company’s international marketing group in Germany.
Prior to joining MAQUET, Mr. Freed held positions with Cardica as the Director of Marketing and Regional Sales Manager. He was previously employed by Intuitive Surgical in Regional Sales Management, and at Johnson & Johnson in the medical device & diagnostic sector for cardiovascular product development, marketing and clinical education. Mr. Freed brings more than 20 years of experience in clinical healthcare, hospital administration and sales and marketing to the MAQUET organization.
Prior to joining the medical device industry, Mr. Freed completed his education as a physician assistant and practiced in both cardiovascular and emergency patient healthcare. In his hospital administrative roles, he was a Chief of Surgical Services and a Clinical Department Coordinator for New York City- based medical centers.
Mr. Freed holds an undergraduate degree in medical management from Springfield College in Massachusetts and two postgraduate degrees – one from Cornell University Medical College as a physician assistant and a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

| Brian D. Osswald, Vice President & General Manager - Cardiopulmonary and Service Brian D. Osswald is the Vice President & General Manager, MAQUET Medical Systems-USA for Cardiopulmonary and Service. Prior to joining MAQUET Medical Systems-USA, Mr. Osswald worked at a number of companies including Chase Bank, Stryker Corporation, Davis & Geck, CR Bard, Guidant Corporation, and most recently Boston Scientific. He has more than 25 years of medical industry experience holding various positions including Sales Representative, Regional Manager, and Director. Additionally, Mr. Osswald has been awarded the prestigious Statesman Award in recognition of his sales accomplishments and he has served as Chairman of the Field Advisory Board.
Mr. Osswald earned a B.A. in Marketing as well as an M.B.A. Degree from Anderson University.

| Chris Odom, Vice President, U.S. Sales and Service Unit Chris Odom is the Vice President of MAQUET Cardiovascular, U.S. SSU. In this position, he is responsible for all sales functions for MAQUET Cardiovascular in the U.S..
Mr. Odom has been with MAQUET for eight years. He brings to the MAQUET organization more than 24 years of experience in the medical sales industry, having held direct sales, sales management and national accounts positions with such companies as Johnson & Johnson, Safeskin, LifeWatch and Guidant.

| Greg Master Vice-President & General Manager, Critical Care Greg Master joined MAQUET through the acquisition of Guidant Cardiac Surgery and rapidly moved from the position of Sales Territory Manager to Senior Area Director of sales. The sales regions that he led as Area Director of sales maintain the top seeded positions for Cardiovascular sales.
Prior to joining MAQUET, Mr. Master served as Area Vice President of sales at Authoria, Inc. He spent eight years at U.S. Surgical Corporation in various sales positions including Regional Sales Director. Throughout his career, which has spanned six different sales organizations in nearly 28 years, Mr. Master has consistently over-achieved milestones in sales and executive development.
Mr. Master holds a B.A. in marketing and management from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

| Joseph Knight Vice President, Surgical Workplaces Sales Joseph Knight is vice president of Surgical Workplaces sales for MAQUET Inc. Knight began his career at MAQUET Inc. in 2000 and has held various sales and management positions. Prior to his current role, Knight was regional sales director for the Surgical Workplaces Division, where he was responsible for profit and loss for the Middle Atlantic region capital equipment sales team.
Previously, Knight held sales positions at Berchtold, Bristol-Myers Squibb and BellSouth Corporation.
Knight received his bachelor’s of business administration degree in marketing and management from Middle Tennessee State University.
