MODUTEC : Configurations/Options | Highly Configurable | The MODUTEC product range consists of five types of arm systems (LIGHT, MEDIUM, STRONG, HEAVY, and POWER) and five types of distribution modules (TONIC, QUADRA, MOBILI, NEST, and RACK). All are available in varying lengths that can be combined to create solutions that are targeted to meet specific needs. FIXED COLUMN and ROTARY COLUMN solutions are also available. These configurations help get equipment off of the floor and provide utility support without utilizing arm systems.

Arm Systems There are over thirty different arm systems available to ensure a proper balance of weight capacity, internal space for cables, positioning ability, and cost due to various arm system sizes and lengths. The streamlined design with a large internal channel, allows MODUTEC to address weight capacity and utility/communication needs independently. Arm systems feature smooth moving, tapered roller bearings, reliable brakes, and smooth stops for better ergonomics and user comfort.

Fixed Columns In addition to arm systems, MODUTEC offers a straight column that extends from the ceiling designed to provide service and equipment support for one or two recovery beds. These are available in multiple lengths to accommodate various ceiling heights.

Rotary Columns The MOBILI and NEST distribution modules are available in a configuration that extends from the ceiling directly on a suspension tube. In addition to getting equipment off the floor the distribution modules are positioned at an ergonomic height and can be rotated to best support the clinical application.
