Thinking, for example, of interventions on the brain or spinal column, the importance of a highly precise procedure quickly becomes obvious. Intraoperative imaging provides more safety for the patient, but also safety for the doctor. This includes a reduction of follow-up and corrective interventions.

MAQUET, with its products, supports the surgical team in generating image material during surgery. The patient's transfer from the operating table to the MRT is facilitated by a particularly developed transfer board system. The advanced and most modern concept allows for keeping the patient on a transfer board without manual transfer. The transfer board may be pushed on the operating table or a transport unit or directly into the MRT.

The MAQUET transfer board made of Kevlar fabric is fully MRT-compatible. For optimum diagnostics the MAQUET transfer board provides 360° radiolucency in all levels.
